More like a snack than a meal replacement at only 270 calories, Myoplex Carb Sense Cookies and Cream is nonetheless a tasty and portable way to pack in 28 grams of protein, 21g carbs and 8g fat. A bit chewy (although nowhere near Clif Bars), but pretty good tasting and topped with chocolate chips. Not overly filling, but I wasn't hungry 10 minutes later either. Good stuff.
