A version with less carbs and less calories from the original Myoplex. Great for those that are worried or watch out closely their cals and carbs. It is ideal for any stage, cutting or bulking but obviously you would see more benefits from a cut.

It still provide extra vitamins & minerals which are very important for our organism. The proteins are blend and the carbs in it are mostly from fiber and slow releasing. Due to its ingredients it makes me feel full for plenty of time, giving me the opportunity to take it as a meal replacement when Im on the run.

The flavors are exactly the same as the originals in my opinion, no big changes but I still like more the non-lite version due to its thickness, this version is a bit more liquid-creamy.

If i ever find RTDs or Protein bars cheap, i buy them, that simple. So got these fairly cheap, so i picked up a handful. They are not that bad from the nutritional panel stand point. Being a "lite" RTD it only has 170 calories with 20g of protein and 20g of carbs and 2g of fat. Not exactly bulking material, or meal replacement material, but by no means would i say they are a waste because of that. I enjoy using them when i'm at work just having something sitting in the break room to help meet my protein requirements.
Personally not a huge fan of the taste, i have the chocolate fudge, and its nothing spectacular, still prefer muscle milk RTD over these anyday.

Myoplex Lite isn't much of an RTD, with only 170 calories per shake. However, it is a pretty solid option as a snack, as it has 20 grams of protein, 20 grams of carbs, and only 2 grams of fat. The chocolate taste is pretty impressive, a lot better than other RTDs, and is rich, not watered down like you might expect with the somewhat weak caloric content. It's not very filling though, so it may turn out to be more of a meal supplement rather than a meal replacement. Kinda pricey as well.
