Phosphagen Elite is a good muscle building supplement. Contains 5.25g of creatine monohydrate per scoop, which is the perfect amount during workout. I found that this supplement did help increasing muscle growth for me. Although, it takes a few days for it to kick in, but once it is completely in your system, strength increase is noticed. It helps give you that push to get in a few more reps into your sets. This supplement works much better than most basic creatine. I recommend using this product within 30 minutes of starting your workout or during your workout. Phosphagen Elite has a great taste and it mixes very easily with water. The only down side to this supplement is that it contains 33g of sugar per scoop.
