Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews Armor is a recovery supplement, but like many recovery supplements, it leaves a lot to be desired. This one provides 110 calories per serving, which isn't enough for anyone's recovery needs, unless you have a really chill workout. Just 11 grams of carbohydrates, mostly from dextrose, and high levels of arginine, glutamine, taurine and HMB. For a supplement line that is supposed to be on the cutting edge, supplements like Armor seem bizarre, because the ingredients in here have mostly been shown to be among the least effective. I did feel an increased muscle fullness when using this, probably due to the arginine and dextrose. The taste was pretty standard for fruit punch, although it had a syrupy taste - very sweet - and the mixability was pretty poor, with a lot of clumps. Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
