Recompadrol is yet another insulin mimicer/nutrient partioning/glucose disposal supplement, which seem to be all the rage now. I've had experience with similar products, and I feel Recompadrol stands up to others in this field, if not above them. Recompadrol contains Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre, Banaba Leaf and other herbs that may help your body absorb carbohydrates and prevent fat gain. However, a lot of studies have pointed to another ingredient, vanadyl sulfate, as being potentially toxic, so it's hard to say whether the effects are worth the risks. Personally, I haven't experienced any negative effects, but I can't guarantee you won't. I did appreciate the improved pumps and the apparently improved glucose disposal, as my definition improved, although I didn't notice any dramatic muscle gain.
