5-tetra is a product intended to have you in the weight room or doing cardio at the best. I got some samples of this and it has promise. It has cordyceps which I have used before and is known by many to increase the oxygen intake to your muscles giving you better endurance. I was excited when I saw it had Cordyceps. I took it about 60 minutes before my workout. I used it with other Epic Performance samples, but I got a couple of days to assess it by itself. I did cardio three days out of the week with the first day being normal and the other two cardio days being supplemented with 5-Tetra. I could go on the indoor bike harder and my breathing was easier. It is a little expensive in my opinion and could be cheaper in my opinion. Still, it delivered.

5-Tetra combines Cordyceps, Yohimbe and a few other choice ingredients in order to increase ATP (cellular energy), blood flow and testosterone. It also gave me a little boost of energy and supposedly increases the use of fat for energy, which is always a good thing. While using 5-Tetra I felt strong and very focused, no fatigue whatsoever. My biggest complaint is the dosage specification - it has to be taken one-hour pre-workout, but you can't eat 30 minutes before or after taking it, which may alter your pre-workout eating schedule. Of course, that inconvenience can be dealt with. Price is pretty good.
