Now that 1,3D is the most hated ingredient on the planet, forward-thinking companies are eliminating it and reformulating. While I didn't get a chance to try the OG ErgoPump, I have to say my feelings are mixed on the ErgoPump with NMT. The pros: I get great endurance and pretty good recovery. Vascularity is there but nothing outstanding (not that it is a priority). It seems to last a long time, though I don't feel very energetic, per se. The cons: taste is awful. Fruit punch is just barely drinkable. The mixability is atrocious, always a big thing of goo at the bottom, I have never witnessed this before, even with casein. Profile is BCAA-less, which I find irritating, you may not. Doesn't seem to enhance strength, but that's what food and working out are for so no huge deal.
