Plasmatic supplies an obscene mount of B vitamins as well as Glycine, Carnitine, and a few other ingredients aimed at boosting NO production, strength, power and endurance. While I didn't get much (or any) energy from this, I did get some huge pumps, nearly painful, and solid strength with reduced recovery time. Not bad, not amazing.
