Great product if your willing to pay alot of it. Not only does it boost N.O but it has natural ingredients to boost strength, energy and endurence. It works great when stacked with other N.O products. For example, I took with (USP labs JACKED)and it gave me the biggest muscles during my workout (4-5 inch forearms turned into 7-8 inch forearms) . Also I got a good clean rush without the jitters and the headache. So all in all a great products but pricey, shop around for the best price
