Living off campus means that I either have to plan ahead and pack a ton of food or drop a ridiculous amount of money on campus dining options. Or, it did, until I picked up these beefy bars. With 360 calories, these keep me going between classes and they actually taste quite good. Not quite candy bar flavor, but it's above many other protein bars. The downside - they are pretty chewy, so you may need a full class period to finish them off. The profile also isn't the best, with soy as the main protein source. Each bar has 30 grams of protein, which is great, but it also packs in 13 grams of fat (5 grams saturated) and 19 grams of sugar. Each bar has 5 grams of fiber, which is nice and perhaps helps make these so filling. These also seem more melt-resistant than many other bars I've had, so kudos on that.
