I was a big fan of the original size on by gaspari. I understand that the new one was made for those who disliked the amount of carbs in the old version.
Pros on the new sizeon, is obviously the protein. Makes for a better intra workout having hydrolysate protein as well as BCAAs. that was a nice touch. Lower carbs is great, but i didnt mind the carb content of the old version.
Downsides: Taste, i have the grape flavor, and bleh, way too strong, they need to dull it down, otherwise i find myself diluting it or using half scoops. Also the formula itself kind of dissapoints me. I dont think this is worth the hefty price tag many places have as the blend of creatine now starts with Monohydrate as opposed to gluconate.
My opinion, if you're big on low carb, go for it, otherwise stick to the original
