Not really unpleasant, it's probably actually good for you to do, but uncontrollable which made it suck. Apparently the old formula was EVEN WORSE in this department, so I'm glad I never tried that formula. I think I definitely would have enjoyed this better if I had gotten a better flavor, but SuperPump250 really is one of the best in the category. Outside of RPM and NO Shotgun, it's probably some of the best pumps I've had from a supplement. 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful

Written by kfizin - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews Extra info: take 1-3 scoops with 4-12 fl oz drink 30 mins pre workout eat 30 mins before taking- learned the hard way, my stomach got so upset dont buy this product if you have a weak stomach and or are resistant to no products never exceed 3 scoops I heard of a guy who did and experienced carpel tunnel vision. Written by fredvilma1232 - View all my reviews Suggested use: Take 30min before workout Mix 1-2 scoops of Superpump into 4-10 oz of water (I suggest you use 1 scoop for the first few times you take this because your body needs to get used to it) I suggest you mix in a blender because it does not mix well at all with just a spoon and cup.
