Slin Sane is a nutrient partitioner - intended to help your body utilize food more effectively, particularly carbohydrates. I've gone through 1.5 bottles of this and am still not sure where I stand. It's great for buffering carb-heavy meals, meaning you're less likely to slip into a carb coma and, theoretically, you'll be less likely to store the carbs as fat. While I'm not sure if this promoted muscle gain on my frame, I do know that it provides some distinctly pumped up muscles and vascularity, even hours after a workout. At the prices you can find this right now ($14 or less, it seems worth it, especially if you are on a cut and want to utilize carbs to the max. Don't think this is a miracle fat-burner though.

Genomyx Slin Sane is designed to be an insulin mimetic, in other words, take it with meals containing lots of carbs and it'll supposidly help with building muslce by shuttling nutrients, and also assist in pumps while working out.
I generally took 2 per day, one in the morning, and one around mid-day. if i had an extra meal containing lots of carbs i would occassionally add a 3rd.
Currently i am cutting, I enjoyed the results this helped out with. I have so far been able to gain strength (while minimal), i have been cutting fairly intensely, and i feel like this has really helped me retain some mass and allow me to utilize more carbs.
the only downside i can personally say i noticed, was if i did not have enough carbs throughout the day, i would get extremely sluggish, which is normally an issue with low carb diets, but i found i was more lethargic if i didnt get enough while on slin sane in comparison to when i wasnt
