Written by veeshmack - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews I generally took 2 per day, one in the morning, and one around mid-day. if i had an extra meal containing lots of carbs i would occassionally add a 3rd. Currently i am cutting, I enjoyed the results this helped out with. I have so far been able to gain strength (while minimal), i have been cutting fairly intensely, and i feel like this has really helped me retain some mass and allow me to utilize more carbs. the only downside i can personally say i noticed, was if i did not have enough carbs throughout the day, i would get extremely sluggish, which is normally an issue with low carb diets, but i found i was more lethargic if i didnt get enough while on slin sane in comparison to when i wasnt Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
