I was hard up for some protein so I hit up GNC for this gem, which was quite overpriced. I did like the unique flavor though, impressive for being carb-free. Of course, that makes it a pretty poor MRP, so it's basically just a pre-mixed protein shake, straight whey isolate and some sucralose. It contains 60 grams of protein and .5 grams of fat - way too much protein for one sitting, but unlike a lot of other beverages like this, it's not in a can, but a plastic bottle, so you can cap it and save it for late.
