With protein prices rising across the board, Higher Power whey is a great value, about $28 per 5 lbs. The nutrition profile isn't ideal (particularly for this flavor), with 140 calories, 25 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fat per scoop, but it's not horrendous, either. This is a blend of concentrate, isolate and whey peptides - nothing to write home about, but standard. The most impressive aspect is the flavor. This cookies and cream is very tasty, especially when refrigerated. Not quite Muscle Milk, but really good for a budget protein. Mixability is great, mixes a bit on the thicker side. It does contain HFCS, but there's just 2 g of sugar total per scoop, so you shouldn't be consuming too much of it unless this is your sole protein srouce.
