I really love this product.. With this product you cannot go wrong. I ordered it off of a site for only 20$ and it lasts for about 4 months which is a complete steal for the results you get. This product is a creatine and it helps you gain water weight. Make sure you drink a lot of water I usually get about 1-2 gallons of water in daily. All the weight comes from the water so you gotta make sure you get enough water. I used this product for a year already and I gained like 20 pounds of water weight. Creatine also is known for its energy(atp). While on the product I can pump out more poundage because creatine rushes atp to my cells when I am in a high exerting state. Creatine is the most widely used supplement and I would recommend it to anyone from ages 15-100 years old.

Higher Power Micronized Creatine Mono is a great product and I will be talking about how it is so great.

Muscle Gain: I gained about 10 pds to my figure in about 2 weeks. Creatine gets absorbed to your skeletal system and as you drink water some of the water gets absorbed into your skeletal system which results into added weight.

Strength: My strength has really been up. Since using this product I ahve improved my bench press 20 pds. Creatine helps more Atp to be rushed to your cells which results into more strength and more amount of reps.

Mixes well: Mixes well with the right amount of water
Safety: Creatine is one of the most researched products, purely safe as long as your drink plenty of water.
Value: 19.99 for 1000g!!! Come on how can you get any better than that.
Energy: Great energy + Atp!
