This product gave me great results, I ran a bottle back when they gave 100 of these away. I ran it solo and after about two weeks the effects of beta-Alanine become apparent. You can push through your workouts and you just kind of find it hard to stop working out. Its always a great mix with some ICE or Primal EAA.

The taste reminded me of Gakic but not as bad, just really unpleasant. I heard they improved it and I'm sure it tastes great now considering the biggest part of the formula is tasteless.

There is a tingling sensation with this, the first time I felt it I didn't know what it was, but then got used to it. Its pretty funny feeling because you're talking to someone and it kicks it and it just becomes so wierd but entertaining.

The formula on its own does the job but I don't think the price is justified. Bulk Beta-Alanine is under 20 bucks for a few months supply and these guys are charging over 30 for a months worth. If thats worth it for you, go for it but keep in mind similar results can be achieved with bulk beta-alanine, which is also tasteless. Its up to you now.

yes, its true.. its better then creatine. ive taken all kinds of supplaments.. ive tried just about everything... and this stuff is the real deal.

i dont usually go around telling people about supps im taking but the special 2 or 3 that amaze me get recommended by me.

when taking creatine, i notice about 2 or maybe 3 extra reps at the end of my set.. with the H+blocker, i noticed a huge just in reps.. one week when i wasnt on it, i leg pressed 500 for 12 reps.. the very next week when i went on the hblocker, i pressed it for 18! not like they were easy reps.. i was able to continue doing reps while my quads felt like they were on fire... yeah, i almost puked.. but this shows that what they state in their book is true..

and these benefits were magnafied when taken with creatine..

i suggest that anyone interested in this should read up and research carnosine synthesizers (beta-alanine) and give it a shot. very effective and it deserves all the hype.
