Written by phrozen5100 - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews The first time I used this, I took about a teaspoon. I immediately noticed the effect, it was a mellow type of buzz. For the next two to three hours after this, I didn't feel like doing anything but sitting around. I also noticed the little things that would normally irk me didn't really bother me at all. On subsequent uses, I've noticed that a single does sometimes doesn't really seem to do anything, but an additional dose will usually do the trick. The taste isn't really bad or good. The first dose tastes slightly sweet and a dose immediately afterwards tends to taste sour. I can't really put my finger on what the flavoring is, but it's something like strawberry/cherry. My sleep cycle has been haywire of late thanks to all of my stimulants, so I've developed a new appreciation for Neurobalance. I take it two hours before bed as directed, and it helps to 'smooth' my sleep out considerably. Instead of waking up multiple times in the night, I actually sleep all the way to the alarm. Overall, I'm very glad I purchased this product. Its main drawbacks are it's unpredictable effectiveness and price. I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you need to get things done, but if you just need some sleep or temporary stress relief, it's well worth the price. Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
