With prices of Whey being more and more high everyday, this whey isolate is a pretty good deal. IDS is one of the most shadiest companies around, which really makes me doubt about their quality and claims; in fact, there is a study about this Multi-pro Whey where it shows lower amounts of protein and higher amount of carbs (including sugar), after this I wouldn't recommend it even if its a myth or not, why risk it IMO.

I did get a tub before I knew this and I gotta say its not a very good quality as it seems. The mixability is terrible, small clumps all over the shake but with milk it tends to be better for some reason. The flavor I took was Chocolate, which is a standard taste but this had a slightly sweeter taste than others, but it wasn't that bad. The price is the big plus here, since you can find it at a very affordable price on most sites, making it a deal, specially for the supposed Isolate protein.

Much more better alternatives even for lower prices.

With protein at an all time high, value is of primary concern to any potential buyer. This is where IDS Multi-Pro whey enters the picture. At 26g of whey protein isolate per 126 calories and right around $0.50 per serving, this is the king of value whey protein isolates. While IDS is not the most reputable company, this product has passed label claims according to Supplement Police. IDS was also quick to refute alleged failed label claims with independent lab tests.

This product mixes well in all flavors, but the Banana Vanilla flavors tend to mix the best. The Vanilla Cinnamon flavor is one of the most delicious proteins I've ever had the pleasure of drinking. For the price, you really can't go wrong with this protein.
