I'm a sucker for gimmicks, and this one got me. Nothing more convenient than a nice vial of protein to take with you, right? Except for when it tastes horrible. Fruit Punch is always a gamble and this was a definite loss. It wasn't completely unconsumable, but it was not pleasant. Otherwise, the product isn't bad, with 42 grams of fat-free protein and just two grams of carbohydrates. It contains sucralose and Ace-K, so if you're afraid of your shadow you may want to stay away from this, too. I'm not too crazy about the protein sources - the main one is collagen protein, although it does contain casein isolate and WPI, though who knows what the ratio is. In the end, it is the most convenient lean protein source you'll probably find though, unless you find rolling with chicken breasts convenient.
