Phenyl Core is a very powerful stimulant, with 200mg of caffeine, white tea, green tea and some other metabolism-enhancing ingredients. It also contains PEA, which is a mood booster. This put me in a good mood, and made me sweat even during moderate exercise. Appetite suppression was considerable, and I didn't really build much of a tolerance to it.
