Peanut Butter Cup

Oh Yeah! protein wafers are similar to Kit-Kat bars, in both taste and consistency. These are chocolate coated wafers with sweet peanut butter in the middle, and they taste awesome. You get two in each pack, which is great for snacking, although the profile isn't the greatest. These may be low-carb friendly, as the pack of two contains 8 grams of carbohydrates total, with 2 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar. The bold flavor comes from the 13 grams of fat (6 grams saturated), and each 210-calorie pack contains 14 grams of protein. Despite being lower in calories than other bars, these protein wafers are quite filling, likely due to the high fat content and fiber. Definitely pick these up, as they taste great and can easily fit into most dies due to the calorie content.
