Considering the awesomely profiled products that small supplement companies can produce, it's a bit sad that a big brand like Kellogg's can't provide a better nutritional profile than what is offered in this shake. Each contains 180 calories, with 10 grams of protein, 29 grams of carbohydrates (18 grams sugar) and 5 grams of fat. The shake does have 5 grams of fiber, which help it stick with you more than you might expect, but you'd be better off drinking two cups of skim milk to get a better protein-per-calorie ratio. One benefit of this shake is that it is very tasty, just like Strawberry Nesquick if you've had that. Not overly sweet and no sugar crash thanks to the fiber. This is alright in a pinch but isn't the best choice. Price is okay if it's on sale, and the colder you keep this, the better it tastes..the difference is significant.
