I normally do not really get too involved in post workout drinks, usually I prefer just a protein shake and i'm good to go.
but i picked this up at a great price, B1G1 deal, so 90 servings for 25$ was hard to turn down.
i take a scoop on my way home from the gym before i get to my whey at home.
the taste is decent, i've never been a huge berry fan, so others may appreciate it more than myself.
my recovery since i started using it has been better, less fatigue throughout the rest of the day and less day after soreness.
Its got a nice ingredient profile getting you a little ob of creatine, leucine, glutamine, and hydrolized whey in addition to carbs.

worth checking out IMO
