This is a wonderful product. I use it ONLY when I am in excruciating arthritic pain in my neck area, my back area, or my elbows. It takes a couple of doses to take effect...but it WORKS !!! The ingredients are magnificent !!! I use a double dose each day...two tablespoons for my problems. After getting through the worst of my pain, I lessen the dosage not only by ingestion in liquid form, but also lengthen the time it is taken (say from once a day to once every other day and so on). Once you get it into your system, it is needed less frequently.
Good luck and have NO pain !!!
