Rhodiola is supposed to increase your body's ability to handle and adapt to stress. While this isn't going to cure depression, Rhodiola has eased my anxiety a bit and seems to give me a little boost of energy. It's worth taking for a nice mood lift but nothing euphoric or super stimulating.
