Met-Rx Big 100 Bars are a solid MRP, with 360 calories (45 from fat), and an amazing taste. Each bar contains 27g of protein and a laundry list of vitamins and minerals. The only downside is that there are 26g of sugar, which is probably why they taste so good. Other than that, no complaints, filling and great tasting, with much less saturated fat than other comparable bars.
