I finished my bottle of Ragnarok, and I was very happy with the product. The formula is solid, and even though it is a proprietary blend, an educated glance at the label shows that guesstimated doses are adequate. I have a high tolerance towards stims and pump products, so the product did not shine in this area at one scoop dosage. At two scoops the effects were more profound, but at that dosage it is a lot of caffeine to take on a regular basis. I found that if I took one scoop and gave it a full thirty minutes to kick in, the effects were slightly better. There were no side effects of note, no Beta Alanine tingling, nothing. Taste is were this product really shines, my bottle was the newly reflavored Punch, but I also had the chance to try out the new Melon and Blue Razz flavors. Punch isn’t a fruit punch, it is more of a tropical punch, and it is nicely done. There is a slight bubble gum flavor to the product, but I did not notice this after the first few doses. I actually looked forward to my doses everyday. The melon was very good as well, but I am not a big fan of melon flavors, this one I could take though. The Blue Razz is just really good. It is very reminiscent of Kool Aid flavors, and like the other two, I can highly recommend this as well. It is an excellent product, and a good value.

Ragnarok by Millennium Sport Technologies is probably the BEST pre-workout supplement I have personally ever used. Compared to many, it just stands out as the best, because its got more than the rest. Most pre-workout supplements only have the Nitric Oxide boosters and caffeine, with Ragnarok you get that, and then some. A full serving of Designer Creatines, that means you are getting all your creatine with your Nitric Oxide, and in some very decent types in Di-Creatine Malate, Tricreatine Orotate, and Creatine Magnesium Chelate. It does not just stop with Creatine. It gets taken even farther with the addition of B-Vitamins, Taurine, and Tyrosine for enhanced focus. There's plenty more... The addition of glycerol only strengthens the pumps and enhances strength, then you have Beta Alanine thrown in for even better Endurance. To top it all off, you have some electrolytes and Anti-oxidants. Best off, its calorie and carb free with what are probably some of the BEST flavoring systems currently available. Other parts where Ragnarok takes the win would be the ability to choose between Caffeine, and caffeine free. So if you are very intolerant to stimulants, or a night lifter, you don't have to get stuck with caffeine rushes while going to bed.
Amazing says it all.
