Written by ponshoe - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews There are some ways to take this supplement, sublingual or mixed, i tried it mixed with some water on an empty stomach before bed. I have to admit that my sleep was so profund that i could sleep over 9-10hrs without any awakening. I didnt experience anything in muscle terms beside sleep aid, so i can't exactly judge this supplement because i didnt gain much muscle from it but i did sleep very well. If you regularly have some troubles with your rest, i suggest look at this supplement, specially if ZMA didnt work for you. I recommend it but it isnt extraordinary. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Written by MBSowards - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews I didn't experience any tingles like they say could happen, but I definitely got seem deep breathing and feelings of weightlessness. This stuff helped me get to bed pretty quick, most of the time I could go to sleep within a half hour of taking it. Sleep was very restful was I was taking Somnidren-GH, and I noticed even when I didn't sleep long enough I still felt rested. I think I was a completely different person after using this. I could wake up in the morning without being in a bad mood. My log focused mainly on sleep quality and less on recovery, but I did mention the level of workout intensity and how I felt in the morning each day. On average, I was always well rested, even after hard workouts. The days I was still sore involved me doing new things (for instance I started deadlifting for the first time while on this stack, and woke up still store after that day) so being sore after working something for the first time only makes sense. I believe I'm going to have the opportunity to log this again, and if I do I will be back at school hitting the weights much harder, so I will be able to focus more on recovery than sleep quality. Taste: 8/10 - The taste was pretty good. Even though I used the sublingual method the whole time, I wasn't a big fan of the method. I think that mixed like a normal supplement the taste would have been great though. For the effectiveness though, I believe sublingually is the only way to go. Effectiveness: 10/10 - I can't say enough about how effective this was. It's the first product I've ever tried to help with sleep, and the fact that it worked so well, and helped so much with recovery, means that in my eyes it can't be beat. Mixability: N/A - It doesn't matter how it mixes (I didn't even check honestly) because sublingually is the only way to go in my opinion. Price: 9/10 - When you see the amount of servings, it definitely doesn't look worth it, but when you see it's either 5 days on, 2 off or something like 20 on, 7 off you realize that it's still a good supply. According to the reps, your body will be saturated enough that with a 5 on, 2 off method, you'll still be getting the benefits of it. Overall: 10/10 - There's nothing that could be changed that would make me think any more of this product. Results 1 - 3 of 3 |
