ZMK is a slight reworking of the classic ZMA formula, with MST claiming this is superior as it supports proper pH, cardiovascular health, etc. And while I can't judge whether this gave me an increase in ATP, I can say that I got a very restful sleep with ZMK, although it did not put me to sleep as ZMA usually does. I did, however, get very vivid dreams, which is why I added the "Heightened Senses" rating. No morning drowsiness.
