Monster Absolutely Zero is supposedly a zero calorie monster (although Lo-Carb contained only 10, so it seems pointless), but the ingredient list includes maltodextrin, so I'm not sure how that actually works. Either way, it is sugar-free and is sweetened with erythritol. The caffeine content is also reduced, with just 135 mg per can, compared to the 160 mg found in Monster Lo-Carb. Taste-wise, this tastes exactly the same as the Lo-Carb Monster, which is awesome if you like that. It's a bit on the sweet side, so it may not suit everyone. As ususaly, heavy dose of B vitamins, taurine, ginseng, L-carnitine, guarana, not much else. No crash at all, but the energy wasn't very intense or long-lasting. The most prominent effect, oddly enough, was the thermogenic effect...intense body temperature increase and sweating.
