I really liked the choc pb flavour, event though mixability could have been better. What i found really strange is that it seemed to mix better in milk, would have expected the contrary.

As far as recovery go I haven't noticed a huge difference, but I actually gained about 8 pounds while dropping 3% BF, so that tells me the stuff work. That being said diet an training programm were close to top notch lately and while they certainly played the most part of this, I also blieve Combat Powder had it'S importance.

All in all, very satisfied with the product, was the first protein blend I ever used, after taking ON's gold standard a couple time and following a very long time on Dymatize ISO-100, and I think I'll keep going with this one.

Def. recommend this product.

I wanted a little change from my usual blend, so I opted for Muscle Pharm's Combat. With 2.5g of fat, 8g carbs and 25g protein per scoop, it doesn't have the best stats, but I didn't mind because I thought the Chocolate PB flavor would be worth it.

Boy, was I wrong. There is NO PB flavor, no chocolate, barely any flavor at all. Mixability is fine, and the 8-hour extended release blend is nice, but I paid good money for good flavor, which I did not get. Even with milk and splenda, this did not deliver.

The Triple Berry flavor, though is nice and fruity but not overly sweet. It tastes identical to All The Whey's Wildberry, actually. Pretty good, not amazing.
