I used this back in the summer of '07, and along with a focused diet, my strength shot up crazy. I have to say that with the new flavors available, I really think this is a great supplement. I started benching at 180 for 5 reps and after 4 weeks of constant use, that changed to 225 for 8 reps! Although it's pricey, I think that the hardgainers can use the extra calories to bulk up, and sugar after a workout is good for you to replenish glycogen stores.

I have heard from some people that the ALA in the product may cause a slight burning sensation in the throat, but it's only temporary and well worth the gain IMO. I would rate this product 9/10 (expensive)
