Gakic is one of the most known Muscletech products. It claims to get rid of harmful toxins that build up in your body which contribute to fatigue. I took Gakic 30 minutes before my workout with 20 ounces of water. My workout was going great. The first two sets I did my regular weight and the last set I maxed out. I was pumping out reps like crazy. I felt like superman as my chest was getting pumped. The strength was feeling good. I even stopped for a while and then kept going. This means recovery is improved as a result of Gakic. One bottle will last you about 16 workouts which is pretty good in my opinion. One downside is that the increased strength wears off sometimes after taking it and you feel weak. The price is high, so I would recommend you try a sample of it before taking it. I will be trying Gakic Hardcore very soon, so look out for that.

I got a bottle of gakic fairly cheap, I heard it was one of the better muscletech products, so I went ahead and purchased it. To say the least, I am very disappointed. I was not expecting this to be a miracle product that helped me break my personal records, but I cannot even say it helped me do anything. Gakic claims to increase my strength by 10% instantly by buffering out lactic acid. I don't know what it buffered out of me, but it sure did not result in me increasing my strength by 10%. While using gakic my numbers had gone up, but they were steady with previous results, so I would attribute those to my diet and training routine before I say gakic had an effect.

With the price point placed on this product being fairly high, and at only 16 servings, it definately can be passed up as there are many better products available on the market

Great product. This product i would definitely use when doing legs are chest to help fight the lactic acid buildup. This product helps a lot with being able to push out extra reps.

The energy wasn't anything to write home about, but i guess Gakic is more of a fatuige reducer..hence why it says it on the label. The mental focus was ok, but the main reason i didnt discontinue taking it was because it indirectly helped with muscle gain..when your less fatuiged you can get more reps with the same or higher weight=more stress on the muscle=growth.

i didn't notice any side effects while on it..so its safe to say..well..its safe. The effect of Gakic lasted me about an hour which was ideal since i keep my workouts close to that time. Strength went up a bit but noticed better results with other/simplier supplements.

The mixability was good..taste could have been better but that's that.

Oh, and for the record.. 7g of Glycine and 4g of L-Arginine does the exact same thing for me..try it and judge it for yourself.

I bought Gakic and used it for one month. I felt that the product did not live up to what it claims.
Muscle Gain: 1/10 I did not experience any muscle gain or strength increase.
Physical Energy: 1/10 There was no change in physical energy gain.
Side Effects: 2/10 There weren't any side effects other than the large amount of pills made my stomach sick.
Recovery Ability: 1/10 Once again I felt no difference in taking the Gakic or not taking it.
Pump: 1/10 I experienced no pump or muscle strength during workouts.
Agression: No change in agression.
Taste: I took the pill form of Gakic and the amount of pills and taste of pills was horrid.
Safety: Overall, the product was safe but did not do as it claims.
Value: The product was extremely overpriced.

Overall, Gakic did not live up to my expectations. I did not experience any changes in my workouts, including strength, size, pump or recovery ability. I would not recommend purchasing this product to people looking to gain size and strength.
