Leukic, basically mega dosed Leucine with the added KIC complex. Personally, I'm not too sure how much of a difference the KIC complex makes in the end, but whether its alot or none, leukic actually seemed to be a decent product. Many people would say its the exact same as just taking leucine on its own. I will have to do that to gauge the difference. But i was actually impressed with muscletech on this one. The pills were not nearly as gigantic as i expected. Recovery seemed to be pretty good and faster than normal. I found myself feeling ready to go on a muscle group sooner than usual.
The court is still out on this one, but so far i liked what i got
