For those unaware, CLA is a transfat. However, unlike man-made transfats, it is not going to sabotage your health, and there is a wide body of studies indicating its effectiveness in promoting lean mass growth and fat loss. As I'm bulking at the moment, I figured this would be an interesting time to test it. So far, I'm quite pleased with the results. Despite doing all the traditional diet no-nos (carbs at not, large amounts of food pre-bed, eating sugary cereals), I'm still lean as ever. While I'm not going to declare CLA a wonder drug, I do believe it is useful, plus it's pretty cheap.
