Nothing too exciting here, just a standard fish oil product but at a pretty good price, especially when you catch Walgreens doing the buy one get one sales on Nature's Bounty stuff. Each tablet of the Triple Strength Fish Oil contains 1,400 mg of fish oil, with 647 mg of EPA and 253 mg of DHA. I thought it was a little odd that the ingredient list also contains MCTs, although it does note that there is less than 2 percent of those and a few other fats, so I'm sure it's not enough to have an effect. These tablets are a bit large, but that's typical of fish oil. The one thing that does stand out, other than the price, is that there is absolutely zero fish taste or burps, which is great.
