Gotta love adult gummies. I picked these up on a BOGO sale at Walgreens, and I would gladly do again if a sale presented itself. These are pretty big gummies and each serving is two gummies, which isn't really a problem unless you don't have time to chew. The taste is great, a variety of nice fruit flavors. The ingredient profile is pretty typical, mostly 100 percent of the RDA for a wide variety of minerals and vitamins. Elements that stick out are the inositol, fiber, choline and coconut oil (for an admittedly tiny amount of MCTs, I guess). The downside is that the serving contains 15 calories, but if you can't fit that into your diet, you're doing something wrong. Would buy again.
