This is your typical chewable Vitamin C - nice orange taste, reminiscent of Flinstones Vitamins. Contains 833% of the RDA for C, which seems like overkill, but it also helps the absorption of iron which is good to prevent those dark circles under your eyes (I would know). Good price, seems to work.
