NOS' Sugar Free version is much friendlier than the original for health-conscious individuals, as it has just 10 calories per serving. Ingredient profile is typical of energy drinks - ginseng, taurine, and caffeine, though l-carnitine is added to the mix as well. A good amount of B vitamins and inositol included too. The best part about this is the fruity taste, not a typical fruit punch but very pleasant to drink and no aftertaste - not something you'd expect to be sugar-free after drinking it. However, the worst thing about this was the thing that is most significant - the energy. Despite having two 200-mg servings of caffeine in the can, I did not feel elevated or energetic at all. Usually, I get some energy before crashing, but this just made me want to take a nap without a burst of energy first. Lame.
