This product is a multi vitamin with a "green" formula mixed in. The green formula has spirulina as well as other beneficial antioxidant rich plants. I love the formula with the antioxidants as well as the vitamins and minerals in there. The product is very well priced at under 20 dollars for a 1-2 month supply. The only downside to the product is that is lacks the male specific herbs that a formula like adam has. Because of this it is a unisex multi vitamin product. For a male specific formula I would rather use "adam". I do suggest this to anyone looking to get or stay healthy, and ones that are looking for a spirulina product as well as a multi vitamin.
