I was having some anxiety issues a while back that really effected my sex life, like, really bad performance anxiety that prevented me from getting it up at times. Looked for something simple to fix it, picked up some NOW Maca (Caps and Powder). Now i dont think the maca helped me get over my anxiety by any means cause it didnt help right away or anything. But once i was finally relaxed and over the anxiety aspect of things, i was noticing much stronger wood and much fuller erections. Maca is really cheap, the caps are convenient and the powders taste like crap, but its one of those things where the benefits are worth it, especially for the price. i toss a tsp into my greens supps in the morning and go, noticed it also helps with overall energy and mood levels
