On days that I don't lift, I don't take ZMA but if I need to get to sleep ASAP, I'll take Melatonin. I've had a few other brands before, but nothing knocks me out like the NOW, which is surprising as its so cheap. The downside, though, is that I am ALWAYS drowsy in the morning, no matter how long I sleep for, and even off of one pill. The sleep is great, it's just trying to get awake that is difficult.
