Like them or hate them, some people believe in the power of MCTs, and I happen to be one of them. You can get away with buying significantly less expensive protein powder if you grab some coconut oil gelcaps, and NOW makes high-quality products for attractive prices, so this was pretty much a no-brainer. Hard to rate this based on these assessment tools, but NOW coconut oil had no taste, and I didn't experience any side effects, although I docked a point for those who may be allergic. The price was low, and I have no complaints, so I would say this was a win. Hard to judge the effects on body composition, so it may actually be more of a mental effect than a physical one.
