Over the last year alot of my supplementation has switched over to helping improve overall health as opposed to getting ripped.
I found that greens products have helped as i dont always get all my veggies.
Xtreme Greens by NRG-X has been really good to me for helping out. I got them on a Buy 2 get 1 deal. I take 3 caps daily, and I found it really helped when cycling off of stimulants. Kinda gave me some form of energy to work off of which was definately nice. I can't say i recall ever being sick since i began taking it either which is amazing because the weather lately has been a little up and down.
and if you're like me and party once in a while, i found it helped alot with reducing the effects of hangovers!

i suggest giving it a shot, cant go wrong aiming for better health right?
