It has no taste basically and you can put it in things from your cereal to your pancakes. 17 grams of three protein blends that will have you full and your workouts will be explosive. Any Whey will fill the gap in for you. You can put it in drinks, bake with it, cook with it, and do anything you want to make it worth your while. For $30.00, you get 60 servings. I believe that ain't a bad deal and it only contains one carb. It is perfect for low-carb or keto diets.
