Whey Gold Standard is an excellent product! All of my friends that use it to build are also completely satisfied. It mixes well , and tastes great. (I enjoy the vanilla flavor as it mixes well with pretty much anything! :) ) With the amount of protein it delivers, you cant go wrong! Awesome product, at a cheap price, i'm completely satisfied.

This protein was a staple in my diet for a very long time. It makes for a great source of whey protein first thing in the morning and first thing before and after a workout. Some whey proteins can have a funky tast to them, but I always like the taste of the chocoloate natural whey gold standard protein. Mixed with some milk, this stuff tastes even better! The protein includes a decent amount of BCAAs in each serving as well. The only reason that I am not currently using this protein yet is that the price of protein recently went up, so I was forced to find a replacement that was a little bit more affordable for me. If one does a little bit of research, they will probably find that this is a very popular brand of protein for some of the aforementioned reasons. Protein is a must for any bodybuilder or anybody really serious about working out. If you have the money to spend, I would reccomend this brand.

This is one of the BEST protein powders on the market today.
There are a whopping 24g protein PER scoop along w/ the BCAA's and Glutamine any active person would need. The review I'm doing is based on the chocolate flavor which tastes Great! Mix it with skim milk and you have a low-fat/carb, high protein meal replacement or Perfect post-workout shake. The powder mixes very easily in a shaker or blender (never tired w/ a spoon) and makes getting enough protein in your body easy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a protein supplement to shop around for Optimum Nutrition's On Whey!

I purchased a 5lb tub of Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Natural Whey Protein. So heres my review. I am very impressed with the product. it mixes very easily in anything , it can be mixed in water or milk with just a spoon which is nice, because a lot of those protein powders out there are bulky and don't mix well but not this one. Chocolate is the best and it is naturally flavored no artificial junk it it, and it seems to be high quality protein and you get 24 Grams of it per scoop, which is a great way to up your protein intake even in a regular diet. I personally take one scoop before and one scoop after my workouts and have been building some pretty good muscle. I recommend this over any other whey protein because i think it works well, it taste pretty good, and it also amino acids which are good for your body. I Would say if your looking for some Whey get this one !
