It even includes glutamine, enough so that if you take multiple servings of this product you may not even need your glutamine powder altogether!! Its taste is the next best thing. I can only say that the Extreme Chocolate tastes great out of all of the many protiens ive tried. It was my first flavor I ordered and havent changed it since; and I buy at least one 5 lb tub a month for the past year or so. It only has 1 gram of fat per serving and hardly anything else but some of the best, fastest absorbing protien money can buy. You will actually enjoy drinking your protien daily as oppose to dreading it everyday. It taste like a chocolate milkshake if you blend it up with some ice. Mix: 5/5 Mixes really easily I just use a blender so I dont see the difference. Overall: 5/5 Product works like a charm and whenever I need to supplement my diet with protein I always intake On whey. Suggested Use: Either mix it with water or milk in 10-12 oz. Take 2-3 times on workout days and 1-2 times on non workout days. Always take before workout and after workout. Take before and after workout for full protein. I suggest you go out and buy this today! |
