CGT - creatine, glutamine and taurine. I definitely feel its effects after 1 week of use. Muscles look full and weight gain was pretty hefty. Sure a part of it will be water weight due to the creatine but the progress is very real. Recovery time also improved and I tend to feel less sore the next day. The added glutamine and taurine is helpful here. There are cheaper alternatives out there but I also really like their flavor system. Its not overpowering and mixes very easily. The little dextrose in it helps give it a mild sweetness but does not bloat you. Mix it in your pre or post workout protein shake and you will get an extra boost from it. Off days I take one serving to help with recovery.
