Whey Gold Meal is the answer to being hungry between meals. It is high quality protein combined with other great goodies like BCAA and glutamine for recovery. A packet contains 45 grams of protein and that is great. Vanilla Custard mixed pretty easily with few clumps and tasted amazing. It was so good that I wanted to drink another packet. Optimum Nutrition does not disappoint with this product. Twenty packets come out to around 35 dollars which is not the best price, buts its 45 grams of a protein blend. You could split the package into two servings and take it like that to make it last longer. Whey Gold Meal is a solid choice if you need a meal replacement, but the price may have you wanting to purchase something else.
